Nothing is impossible!
This cleanse works because you are eating mostly natural foods. I did something similar myself a few years ago eating nothing but fruit, veg, nuts and seeds and I did lose a similar amount of weight. I actually stuck to the diet for many months until I’d actually reached my ideal weight. My energy massively increased on this diet too.
I wouldn’t promote anything on this blog that I don’t believe in and I don’t believe in faddy unhealthy diets. However I believe this diet would be healthy enough to stick to all the time. I would just make sure you consume ENOUGH calories so I would track them using an online calorie counter.
If you are going to do this cleanser, ensure you are having enough food to fill yourself up. The last thing you want to do is feel weak, and no matter how much food you eat on this cleanse, if you stick to the food lists you’ll still see weight drop off. This is because your body is clearing out excess toxins from foods you normally eat.
